This Membership includes a card for the Primary Member and a complimentary card for a spouse
or other member of the household over the age of 18. The Business Membership also includes a complimentary Company Card
that an employee can use to purchase supplies and other needs for your business.
We also offer up to 8 additional Add-On Memberships for your
friends, family members, or employees, each at an additional
$20.00. Each additional $20.00 Membership will come with one
card for a spouse or other member of the household over the
age of 18 for an additional $15.00.
Eligibility: In order to qualify for a Business Membership at SAM'S CLUB you must hold a valid business or tax permit,
a professional license, and be over the age of 18.
